Ingredients

1 cup white sesame seeds

¾ cup jaggery (grated)

1 tbsp TilSona Gold

1 tsp cardamom powder
Method

Dry roast sesame seeds until golden and aromatic. Set aside.

Heat TilSona Gold in a pan, add jaggery, and melt on low flame till it turns slightly frothy.

Add cardamom and roasted sesame seeds. Mix well and turn off the heat.

While warm, grease your palms with TilSona Gold and shape the mixture into small ladoos.

Let them cool and store in an airtight container.
