Ingredients (Serves 2–3):

200g French beans (string beans), trimmed and halved

1 tbsp Sesone Tosuto

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp soy sauce
-
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

Salt to taste

Toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
Method:

Blanch or steam the beans for 2–3 minutes until just tender but still crisp. Drain and set aside.

Heat Sesone Tosuto in a pan or wok over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Toss in the beans and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes on high heat.

Add soy sauce, chili flakes, and salt. Stir well to coat.

Turn off the heat, garnish with toasted sesame seeds, and serve hot.
Serving Tip: Pairs well with rice, noodles, or as a crisp side to Asian-style mains.
