Ingredients

200g paneer, cubed

2 tbsp Tez Mustard Oil

2 tbsp thick curd

1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

½ tsp turmeric

1 tsp red chili powder

½ tsp garam masala

Salt to taste

Onion and capsicum pieces (optional)

Skewers or toothpicks
Method

In a bowl, mix curd, Tez Mustard Oil, and all spices to form a thick marinade.

Add paneer cubes (and vegetables if using) and coat them well. Marinate for 30 minutes

Heat a non-stick tawa or grill pan. Place the marinated paneer and cook on medium heat till golden and slightly charred on all sides.
- Serve with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
